Wander through our Victorian-style greenhouse, into the Kitchen Gardens and you'll stumble across our warm, rustic retreats; our two Potting Shed treatment rooms are a quiet, calm space to totally unwind.
Taking inspiration from the herbal surroundings and unique location you can experience deeply relaxing treatments using products made only with natural and organic ingredients that have been accredited to the highest standards by the Organic Soil Association.
After a day exploring the South Downs National Park, wind down with a treatment of your choice inspired by the healing powers of the sea. Choose from a bespoke massage, sugar scrub, rejuvenating facial or detoxifying mud wrap.
Some of our treatments have been designed in-house to give you a truly bespoke and authentic experience.

This treatment is tailored to suit the specific needs of a mum to be, this massage treatment provides a peaceful and uplifting experience for mother and bump that also relieves fatigue and aches at the same time. (Suitable for those in their second and third trimester of pregnancy)

Full Body Sugar Scrub
This refreshing and all-over exfoliation treatment awakens the skin and body using uplifting mix of organic peppermint leaf, seaweed and sugar to invigorate, exfoliate and nourish the skin. Afterwards you enjoy a light cleansing shower, finished off with all over deeply nourishing body cream.

Organic Ocean Essence Total Body Wrap
Combining the detoxifying power of Fucas Serratus and the cellulite reducing abilities of Laminaria Digitata Seaweed, this treatment stimulates the blood and lymph flow, detoxifies and hydrates the skin and encourages the renewal of skin cells. This wrap is an excellent skin rejuvenator, combating the appearance of cellulite and fatigue, whilst producing a deeply moisturising effect.

Organic Warm Spiced Mud Wrap

We want to reassure you that we have put measures in place to keep you and our teams safe so that you can confidently enjoy a relaxing treatment with us. We see this as a partnership of trust, so we ask you to please play your part in keeping everyone safe. In return we will all be doing the same for you.
- All appointments must be pre-booked in advance and we will not be accepting walk-ins.
- Our therapists have received additional training on health and safety protocol and have been provided with additional safety equipment.
- Our teams will no longer be required to wear masks but some may choose to continue to do so. You are of course welcome to carry on wearing them if you feel more comfortable during treatments that aren’t facials. If you would prefer for your Therapist to wear a mask during your treatment, please do not hesitate to ask.
